Hi, I'm Stephanie! After more than 20 years of creating beautiful hair, I've shifted my passion toward helping others recognize their potential and grow with confidence. As Salon Manager, I focus on cultivating a healthy, team-based culture while mentoring and developing upcoming stylists as they build their skills, grow their careers, and crush their goals — both professionally and personally.

I believe great education goes beyond technical skills. It's about building confidence, strengthening communication, and creating a mindset of continued growth.

Outside of the salon, I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, and being outdoors with my pups. Serving at my local church and giving back to my community are also close to my heart and truly feed my soul.
