How do I make an appointment?
Our Guest Services Team has a call list of all 2,000+ guests to reach out to. The moment we have an opening date, they will begin the process. We do ask for your patience as we return calls and schedule appointments.
What can I expect for my first appointment?
A team member will greet you at the door. We will be taking guests' temperatures. Anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees or more will be required to reschedule the appointment. Once you’ve checked in, we will have seating inside and outside, spaced apart for social distancing. You are also welcome to wait in your car if you prefer.
Masks are required, and we kindly ask that you keep your mask on for the duration of your visit. Once inside the salon, we will guide you to a sanitation station before your service begins.
We’ve eliminated beverage services and changing rooms, and we have removed magazines to prevent the possible spread of germs.
We are not offering Blow Dry services at this time - with the exception of Sunday's.
We are using cashless systems at check-out. Please bring your credit card for service payments, and we kindly ask you to tip via credit card using our new Tippy system!
What personal protection protocols and safety measures are you taking?
We are implementing personal protection protocols including masks and fresh laundered capes (as always)! We will provide masks for color services so that your own is not damaged or stained. All tools, stations, chairs, seating areas and doors will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each day and between guests. Dividers and plexiglass shields have been installed throughout the salon. Team members will wear face guards during shampoo services.
We will be following all state mandated guidelines and then some. All team members have been COVID-19 Barbicide-certified in disinfecting practices on top of their state license that requires safe sanitation practices. All team members will be required to complete a temperature check when arriving at the salon, following the same protocols as guests upon arrival.
What social distancing measures are you taking?
We’re offering new hours of operation and schedules designed to adhere to social distancing requirements. Our new occupancy plan reduces the number of people to 50% capacity with all stations between guests and stylists at a distance of 6+ feet apart. We will be operating by appointment only. Please know we will not be able to accommodate additional visitors at this time.
As a courtesy to our Salon Secrets Spa team and others waiting for an appointment at this time, we request 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations of any single service. Your full service will be charged for late cancellations and no-show appointments.
