EDUCATIONN
Education + In-House Mentorship
Training from day one. As an Aveda concept salon you have access to the
full Aveda education ecosystem — plus our in-house mentorship program
with a named master team member.
Time Off
PTO + Holidays + Paid Year-End Closure
We close the full week of December 25th through January 2nd, with the
opportunity for full pay. Accrued PTO. Popular holidays off. Rest is part of
the job, not a reward for surviving it.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Responsibilities
  • Providing an amazing, personalized experience to each guest.
  • Effectively handle and solve day-to-day guest concerns.
  • Scheduling appointments through the telephone, emails and in person. 
  • Analyzing client feedback and looking for the best personalized solutions.
  • Engaging with our guests. Inspiring them, making their day, and spreading smiles.

  • Working with service providers & guest services to create smooth guest flow 
  • Listening to client feedback and looking for the best personalized solutions. Recommending products.

What You'll Be Doing as a Stylist with Salon Secrets Spa:
  • Transform hair with cuts, colors, and other services that leave clients feeling their absolute best.
  • Keep up with the pace of a busy salon while making every guest feel welcome and cared for.
  • Use your styling expertise to create personalized looks that match each client’s unique vibe, face shape, and hair goals.
  • Show off your knowledge of color theory to help clients pick the perfect shades for their skin tones and lifestyles.
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and in line with all health and safety standards (because no one likes a messy workspace).
  • Share your skills and experience to mentor junior stylists, helping them grow and succeed.
    - Recommend products your clients will love so that they can recreate to amazing style you gave them at home. 
  • Stay on top of hair trends and techniques—we love stylists who are excited to keep learning!
What We’re Looking for in You:
  • A current cosmetology license (Pennsylvania) and at least 3 years of experience doing what you do best.
  • Confidence in styling and coloring hair, with strong technical skills to back it up.
  • A friendly, easy-to-talk-to personality with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to keep up in a fast-paced salon, juggling clients and tasks like a pro.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to top-notch quality in everything you do.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + Tips 
Then, plenty of room to grow and make more!
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
Responsibilities
